By accessing or using ZenousAI software and services ("Services"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a healthcare organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

2.1 ZenousAI Platform

ZenousAI provides AI-powered software for healthcare operations including:

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Low: General questions and enhancements - 3 business days

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Insolvency or bankruptcy of the other party
  • Convenience with 90 days written notice (where permitted)

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • You retain all rights to your data

  • You may continue using deployed software per agreement terms
